OUR STORY
Founded in 2017, XTREME’s mission is simple yet powerful & effective; to take the “obstacles” off property managers’ heads. Every PM has many tasks to get done, and they are often viewed as “obstacles” or even “headaches”. We step in and get the job done with minimum disruption for the property manager.

Power sweeping & washing of surface, walls and columns at underground and above ground parking garages. We also service compactors areas, warehouses, exterior walls and storefronts.

Stripe, layout and paint new and existing parking lines, EV stalls green paint, handicap symbols, stencilling numbers, letters and full words.
